Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Sigma Event in Manila, Philippines! By participating in the mini games at this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Participation

  1. Participation in the mini games is open to all attendees of the Sigma Event.

  2. Each participant may only play the mini games 5 times unless otherwise specified by the event organizers.

  3. Each participant is allotted 5 credits to play the mini games. Once a participant's credits reach 0, they need to submit their contact details to receive the souvenir gift.

Scoring and Prizes

  1. Prizes will be awarded based on the participant's score as follows:

  2. Score 5-10: Receive a Mini Pin

  3. Score 11-20: Receive a Cable Set

  4. Score 21-29: Receive a T-shirt

  5. Score 30 and above: Receive a Free EDNS Domain
     

Prizes are subject to availability and are available in limited quantities.

The organizer reserves the right to alter prizes based on availability without prior notice.

All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Prize Collection

  1. Participants must present their score to the mini games booth staff to claim their prize.

  2. Prizes must be claimed on the day of the event. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

  3. Participants may be required to provide identification to verify their participation and eligibility.

  4. To enter the souvenir gift, participants must submit their email or any contact details.

General Rules

  1. The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who engages in unfair practices or violates the terms and conditions.

  2. Participants agree to abide by the decisions of the event organizers, which are final and binding in all respects.

  3. The event organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the mini games or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Privacy

  1. By participating in the mini games, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the mini games and awarding prizes.

  2. Participants may be photographed or recorded during the event, and such photographs or recordings may be used by the event organizers for promotional purposes.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  1. The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  2. Any changes will be posted on the event website or communicated to participants at the event.

Acceptance of Terms

  1. By participating in the mini games, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
